Suppliers Hub

We are a property management group, serving status-conscious market, seeking reliable and professional suppliers to support our operations. We are currently in need of a variety of services, including Mayordoma (subcon: housekeeping), plumbing, and electrical services. We are looking for suppliers who can provide the following services:

Mayordoma (Housekeeping):

Regular cleaning and maintenance of the property, including but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing.

Laundry services, including washing, drying, and ironing of linens and towels.

Inventory management, including ensuring that supplies such as cleaning products, toiletries, and linens are always fully stocked.

Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks, such as light bulb replacements and unclogging drains.

Plumbing:

Installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in our properties, including water heaters, sinks, toilets, showers, and drains.

Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing problems and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.

Knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to plumbing systems.

Electricians:

Installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems in our properties, including wiring, outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures.

Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.

Knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to electrical systems.

We require suppliers who have experience in providing high-quality services, are reliable and punctual, and have excellent communication skills. We also require suppliers who have a good understanding of health and safety regulations related to their respective trades.
