A young couple tied the knot, embarking on their journey together. While love was abundant, the realities of life—food, shelter, and supporting kids & extended family—called for careful planning and resourcefulness. Living modestly and working hard but right, they often found themselves abroad, yet their hearts remained rooted in their aspirations. 

They realized that to make the most of their limited resources, they needed a system—one that would not only keep them afloat but also allow them to thrive.

Their approach was built on three simple principles:

• Intentional spending: They decided what their money should accomplish before it left their hands.

• Strategic investments: They sought out opportunities that offered good returns on both time and money, like MP2, home-sharing and similar ventures, all while preserving their cherished moments together and their faith-centered lifestyle (The Four F's: Faith, Family, Food & Fitness,)

• Commitment to their goals: They remained steadfast in aligning their choices with their vision for the future.

Living by these principles proved transformative. Inspired by their journey, they felt compelled to share their approach with others, leading to the creation of kids'-inspired naming Mayordoma.

We realized that maturity doesn’t come solely from having, but more profoundly from giving. Through the highs and lows, being away from home, and celebrating milestones together as a couple for over a decade, we’ve made it our mission to give back—carefully selecting and supporting charities we trust and believe in.

In this spirit, we purchased condominium units in a vertical community, transforming them into minimalist, tech-savvy spaces. By leveraging our own digital networks to market these homes, we avoid external marketer fees, allowing us to redirect those savings toward helping others in need.

Recently, our focus has been on supporting a diligent student from Bicutan, south of Manila. She stands out as a devoted daughter to her parent, an overseas contract worker whose modest earnings sustain them weekly. Her story of resilience inspires us to lend a hand.

We’ve come to understand that life requires little to bring contentment. This realization fuels our desire to give, adding small moments of joy to the world where we can. Sometimes, we’ve learned, the smallest acts reveal hidden miracles.
